MOTIVATION! AN OLD LETTER TO A CLIENT...
Hello hello beloved reader… I'm usually here for you to offer a 2 minute read with a useful solutions to a common fitness problems. Those who know me would most likely label me as a relaxed, care free and easy going person.
Generally I am all of those things BUT in some situations life calls for motivation, mental toughness and a little bit of firing up! Some days everything in your life going to go wrong, Stress levels are maxed out and the last thing on your mind is training.
It's times like these you're going to be receptive to what I have to share with you today! I was hesitant to post this but if it get's one person into the gym today I have done my job.
Here's a personalised letter I wrote to a client a long time ago to get him PUMPED!
To give you some context on my life this was at a point, I didn't have much of an income, I was training clients in a garage with a few old weights, I walked over 100km because I didn't have a car, survived on 30$ a week for food and I was living abroad with nothing to my name determined to make things work… My life is comfortable now and maybe it's softend me up haha, but at the time I really enjoyed writing this letter.

Read this upon waking and in times when motivation is needed...
YOU train at NQ now, you represent me and all I stand for. You represent Never Quit meaning your committed to not giving up in all areas in life. If you get knocked down in life, you get the F*&% up and tell failure that its not welcome. Create your own master plan don't let anyone else or thing dictate your life. pave your own path to success, a road of integrity and honesty the path less travelled. You may say it's too "hard" or to "tough" people may tell you that you "can't". Use this as FUEL to burn that internal flame which is desire, desire to be better, desire to feel better, desire wake up every morning, attack life and take what's yours. Ignite the passion that is success, which ever definition you hold to success execute it day in and out. What you put into this whole fitness thing, the gym, the F*&%'ng blood sweat and tears it makes you a better person. It's not about what you see in the mirror, it's about the continual growth day in and out, striving to be better in all aspects of life. Creating the mind body connection which is one of life's biggest highs. The high of pushing yourself till nothing's left and still coming back for more, now that's living! Embrace the pain, keep pushing, always move forward, exercise discipline, sacrifice and perseverance. The things in life you want will come your way. You may read this and not absorb what I wrote, you may brush it off and say I'm crazy, but think about the way you are living your life are you getting all that you want? Are you pushing yourself to be better? Are you stepping outside of your comfort zone to grow? Eliminate excuses and unleash your potential today, tomorrow and forever. Never quit"
