Exercise of the day #2 Pushup + Sit through
Day 2! (Make sure you change quality to 1080p)
Building on yesterdays pushup frenzy here is a difficult variation my clients love!
It builds strength in the upper body and develops mobility in the hips, hamstrings, low back and quads!
When? Warmup, or circuit
How many? 3 x 10-20
Pushup + Sit through
-Hands under the shoulders
-Step foot directly next to hand
-Support your body on 1 hand and step your foot through
-Step foot back to top of pushup and repeat
