THE MOST INSANE BUTT BURN EVER
Lately I have been flat out writing programs that change women’s bodies.
The most common problem I see is over developed quads and under developed glutes!
1. Most of us have a hard time using the biggest muscle in our body… You guessed it!
2. A lot of what we do is in front of us… Driving, sitting, running, texting and working.
Which means performing typical exercises, the first muscles we use are the ones on the front of the body.
I’ve had outstanding results lately using a few simple techniques.
Short drills like the one I’m about to show you can take you glute development to the next level.
When you consciously tense your buns during a movement, this skill can be used variety of other exercises.
Follow the burn, Most people don’t know how to get an insane burn on the glute muscles. Realising that there are 3 areas to the butt which all need attention, work every part of the muscle for a lifted bottom!
