1. Glute activators 3 x 15-20 reps
-Control the movement
-Use your BUTT to move your leg
-Find the burn
2. Knee supported leg lifts 3 x 15 per leg
-Put one knee on your couch, grab on for support
-Drive your leg back controlled and squeeze your BUTT
3. KNEE OUT GLUTE BRIDGE(OMG) 3x30 reps
-Raise your hips up and squeeze your butt
4. BUTT ON FIRE SEQUENCE
Lying clams 3x15
Lying kicks 3x15
ying leg extensions 3x15
Lying kick backs 3x15
Straight leg raises 3x15
5. Split Squat 3x15
-Push your hips forward
6. Single leg glute bridge 3 x max reps
-Heel under your knee
-1 Knee into chest
-Strong drive through heel
-Squeeze butt at the top
7. Hip Bridge(Band optional) 3x30
-Support yourself on the couch
-Feet shoulder width
-Strong drive with glutes
