28 days really?
Maybe not all the way there but you give yourself a short, achievable time constraint which allows you to narrow your focus, develop some positive habits and get yourself into shape!
RESULTS = FAITH = MORE RESULTS
When you see results you want to keep going? Why throw away all your hard work right? It's unlikely once you complete the 28 days you will stop training and eating healthy all together.
When you have structure, a plan, guidance and support, goals you once thought were out of reach become closer and closer.

What do you need to do?
-Commit to training at least 3 x a week
-Use a combination of resistance training and HIIT to burn as much body fat as possible and shape your muscles.
-Follow a quality nutrition plan focused on whole foods at least 80% of the time.
-Drink a lot of water.
-Hold yourself accountable with photos, nutrition logs, measurements and fitness testing.
-Write down a short term goal, then have a deep think about why you want to make the change, when things feel tough remember why you started.
-Be patient and understand 28 days is just the start of a big change for you, it may take time but make the most out the first month with some epic results, discipline and focus!
-Tell as many people as possible "Im doing this 28 day challenge, I'm going to train and eat healthy I can't wait to see my results, just you wait!" This means you're on the hook, you have publicly committed and now you will more than likely see through with what you shared with those around you.
-Make a bet with someone, this is highly effective. When you complete not only against yourself but another person you will make more of an effort to avoid losing. These are usually win + win if both people lose body fat :) DIET BET is a popular app where you can bet and win money all by losing body fat! Highly recommended if you lack motivation.
